Thomas Bierly is an Associate Lecturer at RMIT University and a practitioner at the intersection of AI, leadership, and the future of work. With a decade of industry experience alongside his academic career, Thomas founded Elucent to close the gap between AI research and the tools that real organisations actually need.
His work focuses on how emerging AI systems can be designed to enhance human capability — making experts more effective, teams more collaborative, and organisations more adaptive in a rapidly changing world.
